Tähtipiste Oy, a subsidiary of Prohoc Oy, will be fully integrated into the Prohoc Group and under a common brand with Proactor. The company’s new name is Prohoc Works Oy, and together with Prohoc Proactor Oy, it forms a strong team offering smart manufacturing and factory services under the Proactor brand.
In addition to the common Proactor brand, the companies will work collaboratively together to offer a comprehensive range of services for the manufacturing industry and other industrial customers, including modern manufacturing services, production development, and digitization services, as well as equipment operation and maintenance services.
As of September 1, 2022, Jari Saaranen will be appointed as Head of Business Unit of Prohoc Works Oy and a member of the Management Team of the Prohoc Group. Jari will be responsible for operation and maintenance services in the Group, as well as smart factory project services (former Tähtipiste Oy’s business). Veli-Jussi Koskela will continue in a key role in the company in sales and customer management. During the transition period, Ilkka Palola, the Group’s CEO, will be responsible for business management together with Veli-Jussi. Matias Träskbäck will continue as Head of Business Unit of Prohoc Proactor Oy, being responsible for Proactor’s smart manufacturing, commissioning and manufacturing project services.
