
On March 31, 2021, Prohoc Oy and Tähtipiste Oy agreed on a corporate aqcuisition in which Tähtipiste will become a subsidiary of Prohoc Group. With the aqcuisition, Prohoc has the ability to provide comprehensive manufacturing industry partner services to industrial Customers. The services combine modern production and design for manufacturing services, production development, and smart manufacturing services. For Tähtipiste, the arrangement enables the ability to offer Customers more comprehensive services and larger projects. It also enables resources to develop the Smart Maintenance concept further.
Prohoc strengthens the foundation of the groups manufacturing industry services
With the growth and great development opportunities of Proactor, a subsidiary of Prohoc, there is a need to add production development, design for manufacturing services and smart maintenance expertise in the Prohoc Group. With the aqcuisition, Prohoc can provide industrial Customers comprehensive manufacturing industry partner services. The services combine modern production and industrialization services, production development and intelligent manufacturing services. Together with Tähtipiste, Prohoc also offers services for the implementation of larger industrial projects to its customers. Organizationally, Tähtipiste Oy will continue to operate in the Prohoc Group alongside Projects Oy, Services Oy and Proactor Oy as an independent company.
